Processing Time

Because our products include large and heavy items, each order must be carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged before shipment.

  • Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, the estimated transit time is typically:

  • 7–12 business days for most locations within the United States.

Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, or your location.

Freight & Oversized Shipments

Large items such as vehicle lifts and heavy equipment are shipped via freight carriers. The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

  • Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the shipment.
  • Please inspect the shipment upon delivery and note any visible damage with the driver before signing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the product or checkout page.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for freight or oversized items.
